Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager - MEP

Location: Houston, TX

Salary: $100,000-$125,000

We are a well-established MEP contractor delivering mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects across commercial and industrial environments. Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of MEP projects, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage MEP construction projects from pre-construction through to closeout
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and site teams
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance
  • Manage change orders, variations, and commercial reporting
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within MEP, mechanical, electrical, or plumbing construction
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes
  • Experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Office-based role with regular site involvement

This is a full-time, office-based position in Houston offering long-term career progression within a growing MEP contractor.
