About the Company:

Our client is a high-performance, cash-pay physical therapy clinic based in Jacksonville, FL, helping active adults get back to the workouts, sports, and activities they love — pain free and without relying on injections, pain meds, or unnecessary surgeries. Unlike standard PT clinics, our client delivers 1-on-1 care with dedicated attention from licensed physical therapists who understand movement, performance, and recovery at a high level. They’ve built a reputation for delivering exceptional outcomes and giving clients their active lives back.

The Role:

Our client is hiring an in-person Closer who is also a licensed Physical Therapist to join the team in Jacksonville Florida. This is not your average PT sales job — you’ll be meeting with warm leads who have already expressed interest in working with the clinic, conducting consultations, and guiding them through the decision to commit to a tailored treatment plan. This is a one-call-close offer, and your clinical background will give you a unique advantage in positioning the value of care. You’ll work closely with a small, highly skilled team of 4–5 other PTs and play a key role in helping patients say “yes” to getting their life back.

Value of the Offer:

$2,900–$4,000 per care package , depending on the specific plan. All services are private-pay (no insurance) , giving you freedom to sell based on outcomes — not authorizations.

Compensation:

On-Track Earnings: $100K-$120K per year (base + commission)

We’re Looking for Candidates Who:

• MUST be a licensed Physical Therapist
• Ideally has some sales background or have worked in cash-pay PT previously
• Are confident, articulate, and comfortable guiding patients through high-ticket decision-making
• Are passionate about helping people return to a pain-free, active lifestyle
• Want to work in-person with a team of high-performing PTs in Jacksonville, FL
• Are motivated by performance-based compensation and direct impact on patient outcomes
