We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Representative to join our client's team in the first week of December!
This on-site position is located in Waunakee - conveniently near Madison's Northeast side.
You will support the customer via phones and email, along with internal teams such as sales, manufacturing, supply chain and more. This position is heavy on data entry and processes.
The Customer Experience Team operates Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. (1 hour lunch)
You will have a comprehensive multi-week training program in a collaborative working environment while gaining technical and mechanical product knowledge in a growing industry!
Your duties would include:
• Enter orders into manufacturing system.
• Contact customers for information about purchase orders.
• Work with drafting on order information.
• File and maintain paperwork associated with each order.
•Assist Customer Experience team by working on quotes from the quotes queue, taking customer phone calls (in back-up capacity).
