Job Description

We are seeking a mid- to senior-level Cabinet/Millwork Estimator to join a growing millwork team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estimator ready to take on more responsibility, contribute immediately, and grow into a future leadership role.

You will lead full-cycle estimating for commercial millwork and cabinetry projects, work closely with contractors, collaborate with internal project teams, and prepare detailed bids using Bluebeam. The environment is hands-on, team-oriented, and offers strong long-term stability.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare detailed takeoffs and bids using Bluebeam.
• Estimate architectural millwork and cabinetry for commercial projects (hospitals, hotels, education, and more).
• Analyze plans, pricing, materials, and vendor quotes.
• Communicate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage bid schedules, timelines, and documentation.
• Support proposal development and maintain strong client relationships.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–10 years of millwork or cabinetry estimating experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints independently .
• Proficiency in Bluebeam ; On Center experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Experience with commercial millwork (hospitality, healthcare, or education projects preferred).
• GC estimating or construction candidates may be considered with millwork scope experience.
• Onsite role — in-office work required, with potential for limited hybrid later.
